I came here today to recount two delightful conversations. That is all. Imagine my surprise upon seeing that this is, in fact, my 200th post! This just goes to show, my friends, that I have a lot of hot air to blow and finally a place to vent it. Thank you for listening to me... it makes me feel... listened to. The Double B thanks you, too! In honor of this momentous occasion, I have decided to give away one of my chocolate covered cherries from Costco. They are divine... truly, truly divine. Feel free to come have one with me. But just one. And a quarter. Maybe.
Conversation with the Kaje:
Mom - I love you, buddy.
Kaje - I know. You love me forever!
Mom - That's right! I love you forever. You'll never know how much I love you.
Kaje - Yes I will. You'll love me forever.

Conversation with Livi:
Liv - Mom, you drew all over Daddy's desk!
Mom - No, I didn't. You did!
(long, awkward pause)
Liv - Oh.
