Fact: I Am Brave

I flew in a helicopter!
I know. You're shocked. I am, too.
But I am so glad that I had the chance to go and that I didn't chicken out, because it was freaking awesome.
We flew on New Years Eve. My parents gave Matt the flight to celebrate his graduation as a nurse practitioner. I got to fly with him, my Mom, and my pilot brother Nick. It was so fun to go together and it was the most magical way to say goodbye to one year and hello to another.
Tuacahn Center for the Arts, where I went to High School. This was really amazing flying up that red rock canyon and then over Snow Canyon, but also the most nervous part for me because, giant cliffs. So awesome.
Snow Canyon.
We flew over Sand Hollow reservoir, St. George, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs, Quail Lake, La Verkin (everyone at Mom's came out and shouted and waved, it was so cute to see), and Hurricane. It was awesome.
You can see the St. George temple here. We flew right over it, and it was beautiful.
There was a low cloud shelf that day and we were flying through mist at the top of some of those cliffs. It was awesome and such an amazing memory.
I felt like a real adventurer. I just love it so very much when Brave Marie is more powerful and awesome then Sissy Marie. Go, Brave Marie, Go! Onward to new adventures.
